Looks like bridgewater four corners
This was Donald Doaks house and shop he was a great fly fisherman
He was also very good at tying flies...
I went through my gear a few years ago to make each of my brothers a little mounting of flies my Grandfather Ray Yerxa & I tied around '58-62, and found a couple that I'm certain Don gave me as patterns.
