Looks like the farm of Randolph and Beatrice Burtt.
Since this photo was taken the house has been torn down and replaced. The barn has been refurbished and additions have been built to it. At one time there was a potato house to the east of the dwelling but it has since been torn down. The house in the picture, which was the Burtt place, was originally a horse tie up that was moved to this lot sometime around 1953 and converted to a house.
This farm is on the corner of Lake Road and Curtis Road in Monticello, ME.
