Phill Bubar's farm.

Do not see old U.S Rt 1 there or robinson road there that runs by the house ??? and had a barn across the road with garage and potato house ???

That’s the Bubar farm that I was thinking 🤔 of. Robinson rd. Is the road we used to ride our bikes on. Sorry for the mix up.

To far away from the road to be Phil Bubar's and his barn was across the road along with potato house . Would have to have a view of the road or other farms on the border . And the Phil Bubar Farm garage was on the other side of the road near the cow barn . And house was off the road by 50 feet on North side of road .

Where ever Blair Bubar grew up that would be the farm I remember. Wonderful childhood memories.

Could Be Steve Bubar's Farm out on Robinson Road and old Workman Farm .All most out to East Blaine road or Boundary Road . My Grand Father lived next door to Phil Bubar and Phil,s home had a Porch along the front of the house . Today the barn is gone but house still there, small Garage near barn is gone and potato house. and there is a Garage next to the house or Machine shed . Can use Google earth to look at the Phil Bubar Home . Steve now lives in Monticello near his kids and grand children .

Wasn’t the Harold Quimby farm on that Robinson Rd.? I remember going to their farm for milk. 50cents a gallon. Couldn’t drink it until ma ladled of the cream. The skim milk wasn’t very good. Seems we were never sick back then though.

Where Steve Bubar lived on the Robinson road was the old George Workman farm . Have no idea where Blair lived . Went to school with a Quimby but have no idea where they lived . Could be out on the East Blaine road heading to Bridgewater Border . Alexanders lived out there and Durosts , And Sandra Smith family . There where two Workman family,s on the Robinson road and on same side of the road

Florence Quimby went to Robinson School in 1960-61 . And misspelled Wortman . there was Ricky Wortman and Phillip in the same year at Robinson school . Put the Photo of the farm on Facebook for Mars Hill to see who owned it back in 1965 .and Steve Bubar owned the George Wortman farm which had cattle and big barn . George Wortman had work horses and his daughter was a freshman at ACI around 1963 . have a school Photo of Florence Quimby for 1960-61

Phil Bubar Farm in Blaine Maine 1965 is Number 11-OAR-12 , the Wortman Farm on Robinson Road with Brenda Wortman and George is 11-OAR-3

Also there was a Duncan Grant farm behind the School on the hill across from Beaton's

Everyone says the Photo Above is the Roger Williams home and may be off of Bubar Road in Blaine and maybe former Vaughn Bubar Farm . Bubar road is off RT 1 or RT 95 South just about a mile from the Robinson Road intersection
