The Kidney Farm was my great grandparents James & Lucy Kidney. The little White House on the left bottom corner of the picture was my grandparents, Clifford and Marjorie Kidney. Sadly there was a house fire that claimed the life of Clifford in 1955.
Hi Chris! We appreciate you sharing your family's history with us. It's amazing to hear about the Kidney Farm and your grandparents' White House. We're sorry to hear about the tragic house fire. Can you tell us more about your memories growing up in Aroostook County in the 1960s? We'd love to hear about any changes you've noticed since then. Did your family continue farming on the property after the fire?
