This property was referred to as Mainstay Farm. Located on the Mutton Lane in, Clinton. The property was owned by Samuel Wright I and his wife Mabel. There once was a barn attached to the house but it was lost in a fire, the house was saved, but Grammy always said on a damp day you could still smell the smoke damage.
