The house on the right is owned by Philip Alexander and is at 236 River Road (Route9) Chelsea,Maine. The house was built in 1957 on the site of an old farm that burned in 1952. The old farm had been owned by a distant relative Willy Williams. The house on the left was owned by Alan Alexander,Philip's twin. The house was built in 1959 and 1960. My grandfather, Leonard Alexander and a family friend Tom Roper built both of these with help from Phil and Alan. The house on the left now has an attached garage and is still in the family,it is the Marie Bronn residence. These sit across the road from the old Chicadee Rock Shop.
