Felix and Catherine Tobias built the house on the left in the 1920's/1930's after immigrating from Poland. This is in Chelsea off Cony Road. Anthony and Agnes Tobias (Felix and Anthony were brothers) built the house on the right around the 1930's. Their house is just across the line in Augusta. They immigrated from Poland as well. Tony walked to the Edwards Cotton Mill Augusta every day to work.
