McKeil Homestead "
Lake View Drive , China < Maine

This was my great grandparents home.I spent all of my childhood here with my grandparents,Ted and Rebecca Mckeil..I moved into here in my high school years.Long story short,I have moved back here and remember all the memories.

RHOADES OLD GARAGE ON THE CURVE BY THE LANDING, I REMEMBER SWIMMING IN FRONT OF THE LANDING.

1363 (far right), 1367 (center), and the now-demolished Charlie Rhoades Garage on Lakeview Drive, China, ME.
Starting at 1363, the property has lost all but one of the trees seen along the drive here, and now is now painted a light brown/dark gray and has shutters. The area between the two properties is now heavily overgrown, with the two not being visible to each other today.
At 1367, the home is now painted a shade of yellow, with a solid front door. The drive is partially paved, and the trees in front still survive. The shed/barn building is gone today, and the land to the left is now low-lying and overgrown.
At the far left was Charlie Rhoades' garage. This building was lost when the China Village bypass of Lakeview Drive/US-202 was built in the late 60s/early 70s.
