Appears to be the site of the China Lake Conference Center. The house next to the road (lower right corner) is still there and the long, two story building is still standing, but the other buildings in this photo are gone now. A chapel was added in 1969 and a dormitory beyond that in 1984.

Rick above is correct - the South China Conference Center, 240 Neck Road, China, ME. Also as Rick stated the home in the bottom right corner still stands, as does the long two-story building. The smaller one-story outbuilding behind it is long gone, and in 1969 a chapel was built approximately in the center of this photo. In 1984 the dormitory was built just behind the chapel, about where the cut direction changes at the top right.

While the home looks very similar (minus the trees), the two-story building has since been altered to allow second floor access from outside in multiple spots and doors/windows have changed.
