Winston & Beulah Ross house, Paul & Pearl McFarland house, Harland & Louise Bessey mobile home, Main Street, Albion, ME

Dr. Ross built this home in 1937 and his family lived in it until it was sold to the Robert Perkins family in 1983. The home was purchased by current owners Charles and Mary Lee Rounds in 1986. Over the years numerous upgrades have occurred. The old stone garage was in bad repair and was removed and replaced by a 2 bay wooden structure with storage area above. Much work has been done on the main house and the attached 2 car garage to upgrade them. The back area has become basically lawn with a small gardening area and a wind turbine has taken up residence as well. The gravel driveway was hot topped some years ago. It should be noted, I always said, we do not own this house, "it owns us". It has been a wonderful home.
