Athens, ME. Main St @ School St. Stream is off the right corner. The photo is taken looking southeast.
That is Main St. My grandfathers Texaco Station, is across the road. The building with the logs at one time made bowling pins I believe, and maybe palettes. My aunt and uncle nancy and Bruce Bowman owned the store, Th picture is heading out of town away from the bridge and the river is on the other side of the road.
