We moved here in 1954. Dad had the Pond built and the fields improved. He built the barn and had the silo erected. Farmed dairy cattle.
We moved in on December 20, 1953. This photo was made into postcards. We purchased the cards and photo. The info on the back of the card indicates farm owned by Herbert and Shirley Hanson (parents) and the following improvements: farm pond 1957; milking barn (tie-up) 1957; silo 1958; milk room 1953. The date of the photo is 1963.
