this home was owned by Luther and Peggy Sherman when this picture was taken, the peak of the roof you see in the lower right corner is the roof of the Sherman corner store which has been torn down. The barn now sits in its place.
My parents bought this house in 1976, and lived there until selling it in 1999. It is now mostly a summer home. Originally built by Alvah Sherman.
