This cottage was Mansur Cottage, oww Weber by renowned Maine architect Wilfred Mansur, who designed the Hersey Retreat next door, many commercial and residential structures in Bangor, and historic cottages in Bar Harbor. This cottage is currently owned by the Ganley Trust.
