St. Marys Church. New Salem MI

St. Mary's Visitation Church on 146th Avenue, Northwest of Dorr, Allegan County, Michigan.

Many of the trees are gone. The right side of the church is a parking lot now, the reason for the loss of the trees. The left side is the cemetery and again many of the trees are gone. The church pretty much stays the same except it has some face lifting done. The steeple refinished for example, the doors are now painted blue. At that time it was called only St Mary's later became St. Mary's Visitation because the loss of Visitation church in North Dorr.
