My grand parents bought this farm in the early 70s. Towards the top just above the tree line, you can see the grape vineyard. My wife and I bought that 11 acres off my grandparents. It's mostly woods now but I have cleared an area and built a house and barn in there. I have 5 rows of grapes I have reclaimed in there from the original vines.
