I knew someone who lived in this place around 2006-2007. They were buying it on a land contract. They were told by the owners that this house was ordered from Sears & Roebuck catalog and came into town on the railroad and built. The only bathroom was upstairs, above the front door. Had a water cistern in the basement. The windows had the weights in the frames with ropes and pulleys to hold the windows open. The house needed a LOT of work then.

Would be a nice house if someone restored it.
