On Chicago Road (US-12) south side in Batavia Township. Just west of the intersection with Batavia Road, which is visible at the top of the photo. The building closest to US-12 was at one time the Batavia Valley Turkey Farm store, when this was a turkey farm run by Roy & Clara Fraser. Later Jerry & Ruth McBride lived here. The big barn near the top of the photo was where turkeys, and later chickens were raised. Around 1970 it housed Burmoy Manufacturing, which manufactured manikin parts. The barn and old store are gone.
