Shell gas station. Coldwater, Michigan. Corner of Marshall Street and Branch Avenue. This is still a Shell station but the building has been replaced with a modern convenience store type layout. There is no longer a mechanic on duty.

Behind those large trees at the back of the parking lot, hides the State Home Employees Credit Union (Later School Employees Credit Union). My mother worked in that tiny house turned C/U from 1980 until they moved the branch way south of town in the old Michigan National Bank building by the Quality Farm & Fleet. I used to come visit my mom after school in this tiny building. I miss those days.
