Unknown motel. Judging by identified photos in other rolls of film, this is in Cass County near Dowagiac.

I agree MixDenny. The aerial map is identifying this as the Holiday Motel in Manistique - 5939 U.S. Rte 2, Manistique, MI 49854. Note the drive-in theater next door on the aerial. This 1975 photo is *not* that motel, although it is similar.
