I can assure you of this. That middle stall is open and Norm is in there working on someone's car. Or he might be telling someone about the only way to get to Heaven. Or he might be in the house having lunch with his wife and kids. Norm Tice worked this property and he was the best and most trustworthy mechanic of his era. My dad passed just about 5 months ago and it's a treasure to be reminded again of the sounds of the garage and the vibrance of a family growing under the hand of nurturing parents. This is a picture of the American Dream---the man living here was doing what he loved and pursuing happiness. He could fix everything "just perfectly."
