This is my Grandpa and Grandma Ernie and Louise Wing's beautiful house on the corner of Gratiot County Line and Us-27. Much to our chagrin, the State bought the property in the years following their deaths, about 15 years ago and razed the house for a planned highway expansion that never went through.
