This is my grandmas house currently. She bought it in 97 I believe. And still owns it now. There is no longer a trailer in the back yard, there are huge apple orchards on both sides of the property and she does own more of the land around it now too.

This house now belongs to my husband and I. We purchased it in Sept 2021.
The pine tree in front of the large living room window is now towering over the house, big and beautiful- one of my favorite trees in the yard! As Kayla above mentioned, there is a large number of apple trees on the property & also there is a pear tree orchard. The grape vines that you can see behind the house are still there. The large tree right behind the house in this picture is no longer there, but a little farther back from that spot now stands an L-shaped row of lovely pine trees that are taller than the house. There is a good size deck off the front door & the small barn has seen better days, but we are hoping to restore it in the next few years. The back yard extends much farther back into what was plowed field in this picture and the north property line is marked with another wind-row of pines. Since moving in, we have planted a few more pines in hopes of extending this row. There is also some big, beautiful trumpeting vines in both the front and back yard. We have mowed walking paths through the west side of the property that is mostly grassland type habitat right now, dotted with a few apple trees left over from what looks like an extensive orchard in the photo above.
It is a wonderful, peaceful & beautiful place to call home. We always hear such heart-warming stories of fond & loving memories of their time spent here from others who have a history with the house We are blessed and honored to be its current caretakers!
We would love to find out what year it was built and more details about who built it/owned it first & over the years prior to the lady we bought it from, as she was not sure on much of its history.
