This is a branch of our family business, Cook Funeral Home, Inc. I was in grade school when my parents bought this property and built the building. We later bought the additional 80 acre farm and built another business - Byron Center Manor on the 20 acres behind (north) and eventually sold the most of the other property off for condo development. I lived at the funeral home and raised my family here, moving out and adding on (for the 3rd time) in 2001.
