This is the Oakfield (White Swn) Methodist-Episcopal Church on 12-Mile Road, rural Rockford. The church was built in late 1860s and a parsonage was located next door, in front of the garage. The church members joined Courtland Methodist Church in 1967 and this church was torn down in the 1970s. (from records at Oakfield Museum)
