Turner Road. This farm is a little unusual, since it sits off the road. Most houses back then were built quite close to the road. This trait will make this house more identifiable. Looks like most of the farm is intact, except for a few smaller out buildings.

8810 Turner Road. The Thomas Barnes homestead was settled in 1860's with the original cabin built closer to Turner Road. The Italian Villa house was built in 1874. Currently the only house on the south side of Turner Road between Wheeling and Cade Roads.
