We bought this farm Dec 18th, 1971 from the Haynes family. It was the last 10 acres w/original home site of an 1847 land grant. The only thing left is the outhouse. Barns came down over the years and the house burned Jan 21, 2008 exactly 100 yrs after the original house burned.

We bought this farm in Dec 1979 from the family who had owned it for 147 yrs. The house and barns were all rebuilt in 1908 and have all gone over the years the last being the house which caught fire in 2008. It was the second house on that foundation the firs house being built in 1847 and burned in 1908.
