This property is shown on the 1874 atlas as owned by John Yoe/Yeo. It looks like he lived in Attica in the 1860s when he mustered into the army during the Civil War, but later census records have him living in Dryden. The property might have been owned by Abram Cater at one point. The 1915 and 1921 atlases show his widow Flora Cater owning the property. In 1920, she lived with her son Wesley and his family. They may have lived on her property, though.
One of the atlas maps show her as Flora Carter, which I believe is a typo made all the more confusing by Eliza M. Carter owning the property immediately west of Flora Cater's.
