48950 Van Dyke is on the southeast corner of 22 Mile Road and Van Dyke. Was First Federal of Michigan, then Charter One Bank, and is now a dentist office. The building to the south was Nick's Steak House and is now called Steakhouse 22. The office building on the southwest corner was razed in 2018.
