The Butler Farm on the corner of Adams and Butler Rd. Given as a gift to the Butlers by Matilda Dodge-Wilson. It was part of the Original Estate property.

The poultry complex at Meadow Brook Farms (now Oakland University). The farmhouse, known later as the Varner house as OU Chancellor Woody Varner lived there while at Oakland University, was demolished around 2010.
