The Levinson Farmhouse, which was purchased by John F. and Matilda Dodge in 1917 to add to their Meadow Brook Farms estate. It was used as a boarding house for farm workers during the 1930s to 1960s. Around 1952, a large U-shaped hog barn was built behind the farmhouse.
