I think this house was a modular put there by Lefty and Polly Balenci in the early 70s. In 1981, it was purchased by Fred and Joy Goff, who I used to babysit for. In 1983, Goffs sold the house to Connie and Dale Peterson. Connie had a hair salon in the basement. I do not know who currently owns it.
