My dad moved to this house in 1944. This picture was taken a year before he died. The house is still owed by the Cool's. In fact I just moved back into the house 4 years go.The shop to the north of the house is gone. The garage that hides in the tress to the west of the house is gone and a new garage stands in its place. The driveway now goes around the east side of the walnut trees. The back field is now grown over with trees but the pond is still there. The wrap around porch has been put back on the house and the entire inside has been remodeled.
