This is my old house I grew up in while going to capac schools. I lived there for many years with my mom, brothers, and step dad. I loved that house. It always looked like it was smiling at you, especially around Christmas time. I have so many memories at this house. I miss it. If it ever became available for rent again, I'd call Joe in a heartbeat. My parents where really good tenants. My parents did a lot of work on that house, they redid the kitchen and also extended the porch.
