Original John Theis Sr farm. History is said that he and his wife Agnes moved there in 1855 till 1897 being one of the early settlers in Marystown. (on the 2nd curve on Marystown Rd)
John Preisen Sr took over the farm sometime in the 1920,s? it is now the home of John Jr and Karen Preisen (the old house has been torn down and a newer one has been moved in)
