I believe a fellow named Danny Dunhill owned this lot and rented it out. My grandpa rented it from him from 1975 (when it was built) to 1977 or so.

Do you have any memories of visiting this building while your grandpa rented it? What kind of things did your grandpa using the building for during that renting period?

My grandpa Harley Hoffman was the one who rented it out. I wasn’t alive when he had this place . His company was Hoffman Brothers, Inc. and he did road construction. I don’t know if they rented some of the office space out to other companies or not. The company was in Atwater, MN from 1966-1975.
