Downtown Chokio. L to R west side of Main St: VFW (since razed & replaced with new Chokio State Bank), Standard Oil station & Ford garage, Virning's Store...all gone today. East side of Main Street: Chokio State bank (built by my great grandfather Paul Dorweiler), Nelson's Store, Chokio Hardware building.
