Photo 38-KWR-28

That is the farm house my father bought when he had his midlife crisis one year after this photo (1976). It was built in 1905, and is 6 miles north of Howard Lake. Today the barn, silo, corn crib (just peeking past the upper right edge of the barn), grainery (under the copyright symbol) and chicken coop behind the trees just left of center are all gone, replaced by pole barns and sheet metal buildings.
