Address for white two story building: 14167 Clementa Ave NW, Monticello, MN.
The white two story building originally was the Louis P. Berglund store. Originally the store was located on the main level and the upper level was the living quarters. Around 1913, Berglund sold the store to John Hoglund. The store was sold again around 1920 and the property changed hands many times after that. At one point the building was used as a tavern. Today the building is currently used as a private residence.
