This appears to be the intersection of hwy 5 and "M" in Grovespring MO. No where close to the location on the map.

A Phillips 66 service station, and a small diner, located in the NW corner of Missouri Supplemental Route M (with car going east, at stop sign) and Missouri Route 5 (with truck going north). View is looking NW.
