Now the Firefly Meadows RV Park & Campground. The motel sign is still there.

The Kerr McGee gas station, 11772 Nebraska Highway 11, is a former Texaco station that lasted until, at least, May of 2012, as a laundromat. The sign pole survives for the campgrounds. June 2023, Google Street View, still shows the motel sign also.
