This house was owned by Michael and Edna (Hansen) Smith which are my great grandparents. My grandparents Louis and Marlene then purchased the house and raised 4 daughters here. Unfortunately this farm house burned in a house fire in March of 1989. The barn is still standing to this day. My grandmother sold this property after my grandfather passed away a few years ago. All of us grandkids ran around the acres and played in the apple trees. I absolutely love this photo and will be purchasing it for our family.

Hi A. Turchi,

Thank you for sharing your fond memories of this property with us. It's great to hear all of you grandkids had so much fun playing in the orchard. Do you have any stories about your favorite tree to climb or fruit to pick?

We can't wait for you to have this nostalgic photo in your family collection.
