It doesn't look like that any more. I left there in 1988.

I was 10 when this photo was taken, My Father had this property so beautiful with all his fruit trees- Apple, cherry, mulberry, plum, pear, Christmas trees, soft fruit bushes, vegetable gardens, crab apple tree that had the most beautiful bright blossoms, lilac bushes that smelled so amazing! The flower gardens that he grew there were stunning to say the least. The work that he put into this property is an extension of his passion to grow beautiful things and his green thumb, with the sweat of his brow! The fence post and rails that he handmade, with seating that he also made by hand from all the lumber he trimmed. No resources went to waste here, Mom canned every thing she could. This picture brings back many fond memories of the house that I grew up in. Treasured memories!

The house that built me!!💞💞💞
