This is part of Maple Bluff Farm on Frank Mead Rd in Apalachin. Floyd Race lived here before he moved south, then Leigh Brown and his family moved into it. He was co owners of Maple Bluff with his father, Wayne, and brother, H. David. There was a fire in the barn, that sat north west of the house, and was destroyed. A few trees were pulled up due to fire damage. After Leigh passed in 2004, his nephew Darin Brown, 2nd son of H. David, took it over and remodeled it. I grew up in this home. I am Leigh's daughter, Alison.
