Original home of Sylvia & Jerry Kluttz. Then owned by Henry & Rachel Wagoner. Son Gerald Wagoner lives in it 2017. This house is on Rimer Road, Concord, NC and is next door to where my (Phyllis Martin Campbell) grandparents, Jim and Maggie Troutman lived until their death.
