We bought this house in 2021. We were able to talk to the sellers (more than normal) because they never listed it. Built in 1900, and was apparently a one room school house then. A neighbor said his grandmother went to school here, she was born in 1906. The owner we purchased from bought the property in the early 90’s. The porch has changed, landscaping around the front is completely different. Oak tree to the right is still there, but trimmed away from the house. The barn (now a shed) to the left is still there and has been added to. We have replaced the roof and repainted the exterior since we bought it in 2021. Still has the original windows upstairs in the dormer. This is where we call home.
