I built this house on 3 acres of land in 1976, had trouble with the county getting it approved, it was over twice as deep as it was wide, 303ft road front and 95ft across the back, a little over 1,000ft on lower side and a little over 800ft on the drive way side. The property line ran through an oak tree at the back corner of deck. Moved in it in June of 1976, lived there for 27 years.
