This looks like what was the Sorrell Bro's lumber yard. That is the current location of Midway Baptist Church at 6910 Fayetteville Rd. Raleigh NC 27603. The small house on the left of the screen is still there today.

Yes sarrell bro lumber. The little house on left was my old house growing up my parents bought it in late 60's from the hamiltons whom built it in I believe late 40's
