My wife and I owned this house & property from 1985 to 2005. The large 2-story garage.on the right, in the photo, was built by my eleven year old son, and myself, with our own two hands. The property was approx. 1 1/4 acres including where the building sat at. In 2005 the Manchester Local School District bought our home and property to build an Elementary School, attached to the High School they had built a couple of years before this photo was taken.
