4146 New Hudson Rd. Orwell used to be a sanitarium

Kim, do you have any information on a sanitarium here? I can't locate any information on old maps, directories, newspapers, etc. There was the Char-Lotte Sanitarium off Rt 45 north of Rock Creek.
